Dr Tony was doing so well. We’d met twice. Then 10 hours before an appointment I got a message saying “I won’t be in office. Sorry for the inconvenience.” With no follow up, and no further information. my appointment was already scheduled and ready for that evening. For someone requiring consistent communication and a sense of decency and consideration for my time and for keeping an appointment so early in our therapy practice, this is really disappointing.
