One more thing. There are so many metal health providers that are online. I am going to look into cerebral , Circle medical, klarity or bette me. They are cheaper and accept all of the major insurance companies. Your meds are delivered and you don't have to deal with office staff or over worked and under paid providers. Psych point was a bad experience that nobody trying to overcome mental health adversities should have to endure.
I have been a patient at Psych point for over a year. I have tolerated the poor customer service and run arounds. I am done with psych point. I was not able to get my medication refill and I felt isolated and alone. I called and the pharmacy called the office through out the day with no results. The office staff gave me the run around and then tried to make me an appointment and charge me for services that I did not need. If i could put 0 stars i would! Please read this before making an appointment! This place is the reason my wife had to voluntarily admit herself to the hospital for the second time. My wife needed help and was refused any treatment until her debt was repayed even though we made several attempts to work out some sort of payment attempts, their offices are either overworked or careless, since its nearly impossible to work with them. I have been working with Esther Pelisser for a few months now. I needed so much help, didn't know what was happening to me and why out of nowhere I started getting anxiety and panic attacks. I came across Pyschpointe and they responded right away. I got in touch with Esther and from that point on it was an amazing experience.
