It's ironic that people are gloating about Shantelle. She abandons patients and blames them when they speak out about her barely even thought out treatment plans. I've watched someone suffer at the hands of this establishment, they completely abandoned someone who simply spoke up about being given a medication that made them very ill. This place is a joke and so are the positive reviews.
I have had extremely great service at Psych Point. Shantell manages my meds and she is very knowledgeable and thorough! She spends time with me each visit reviewing everything, asking my preferences, and concerns! She even cares enough to make sure meds will cause little or NO weight gain. That’s important to us women. She has never made any changes I didn’t agree with and she keeps a mental note as well as physical notes regarding my care! Absolutely love Shantelle, and cannot recommend her highly enough.
