I previously had positive experiences with this practice, especially with Dr. Long. Unfortunately, a recent interaction with the office manager was extremely concerning. I called with a legitimate question about abruptly stopping propranolol. I was told that no one at the practice had prescribed it to me, yet my pharmacy confirmed it had been prescribed within the past year by Lyn Long.
