First time i went, the doctor i saw completely disregarded my past experience with medications and diagnosis of bipolar and instead prescribed me lexapro for anxiety which i had already said i had a poor experience with. He also kept asking personal questions that were unrelated to my visit, about family and life plans, which was well intentioned but very uncomfortable. I searched for their Orlando office by address and name in Google maps, nothing comes up, except the Tampa location. So I still decided to call the Orlando office to see if Amy Hernandez was still working at that location, before making an appointment. Called around 3pm. Someone finally answered at 3:06pm, whispered and placed me on hold real quick. Waited a bit, finally someone answered again, I was greeted in Spanish. Let me start off by saying that I'm of Latin descent and I read, write and speak Spanish fluent. I'm 58 I'm old school when it comes manners I've been going to mental health since I was a child. What I didn't like about the office is nobody speaks English. There's 1 lady at the front desk that speaks some English. The office staff although doesn't speak English they're very nice.
