Its a great clinic 🫶 este Issis is great with kids! She is patient, kind, and knows how to make children feel comfortable. My child opened up to her easily, and I really appreciated how she listened to both of us and made the visit feel relaxed and personal. Brought in my son for Neurofeedback, the staff is friendly, Adam the tech that would see my son was really friendly and took his time with us when we were in the room with him, never felt rushed or anything which that’s really great!! The psychologists were good at explaining the readings. We had a good experience here and would recommend!
Please do not fall for the FAKE reviews! I did & that's why I became a patient.. The few negative reviews that weren't removed are correct, this place doesn't care to help. You are just $$. To start Genesis doesn't know what shes doing or taking about & seems to be "winging it", basic questions become long & drawn out. Customer service isn't her strong suit, and gets frustrated easily.
