It’s not the place or the billing I have a problem with. I was a patient of Sarah Novak and after a few cancellations, we began talking over email a lot. She then told me that she couldn’t handle me and would “give me a referral!” Like she was thrilled with the idea. After explaining what I would like in a new therapist she never responded. I will Give them a one star for poor billing an wrong billing department. I also will say they send to collections fast an won't reslove to work with you. I recommend Regional or Swans center over this place. They have 24hrs to settle or I'm suing an reporting billing procedures. This review is not a JOKE
