I cannot say enough about Dr. Mallory Mizotovic at this office!!! I struggled with panic disorder my entire life and refused to be seen by doctors because I had literal anxiety about anxiety medication lol It got so bad that I couldn’t leave my house and was recommended to Dr. Mallory Mizotovic. She quite literally has saved my life. She thoroughly listened to my concerns on the first visit and something about her made me trust her right from the jump. If you think you need to see someone. You should see Dr. Mall! I can’t thank her enough for all the help she’s given me over the past few years. Great office too!
Mallory M is my provider and she was the first practitioner to actually listen to me, not gas light me and gave me options every step of the way with no pressure. I can see she is truly happy when I have success with treatment but also real life. I look forward to catching up with her and she made mental health care so much less scary. Thank you Mallory!!!
I have been seeing Dr. Palacios for quite a few years now and have had no issues. I haven't had much luck with psychiatrists or medication in the past, but Dr. Palacios has actively addressed all of my issues with medication that works well for me. I've had a great experience overall!
Absolutely abysmal customer service. All I wanted to know was whether or not one of their providers was accepting new clients. Called the office, no option to speak with a person for a simple yes or no question. Required to submit all of my personal information on the website for no reason just to get an answer. No thanks, I will find care elsewhere.
