I highly recommend Psy of Relief Counseling- it is evident when meeting with Sandra that she is passionate about her work and cares about her patients. Sandra provides practical, effective, and relevant exercises that have proven helpful. It is refreshing to work with someone that actively listens and is invested in seeing her patients grow.
I have known Sandra for 30 years. I cannot think of a better profession for her than counseling. Her empathy drives her to seek the most holistic solutions for all her clients. She is thoughtful in her communication and her demeanor would smooth and calm the most anxious person. If you are looking for real solutions to real stressors in your life I would highly recommend her. She is completely committed to her craft and does it a positive spirit.
Sandra literally fixed me, I was a broken man. She went hard to work and put me back together with the latest life upgrades. During that time and since ending our weekly meetings I have excelled mentally, physically, and financially. She always makes time for her clients when in need and is probably one of the easiest people I’ve ever met to be around and converse with. She comes highly recommended for me!
