Horrible communication and service. Got a call for SOMEONE ELSE Friday to confirm an appointment. The woman was NOT LISTENING but had no problem talking. I asked if she called him she said Monday is the appointment yes I get that did you call your client? Where is it in Fort Worth? “Psy” okay idk what that even is try talking less and listening more oh and not being so rude!

The reason for coming there is valid, such as personal or group therapy. The therapist and licensed professional counselors are the best. However, the front office staff will give you a run for your money or make your forced time (such as probation) to be there stressful. The front office staff seems as if they need to attend the counseling sessions instead of the clients.
