Jackie was very helpful on scheduling my appointments and payments
The reason for coming there is valid, such as personal or group therapy. The therapist and licensed professional counselors are the best. However, the front office staff will give you a run for your money or make your forced time (such as probation) to be there stressful. The front office staff seems as if they need to attend the counseling sessions instead of the clients.
Do not come here for therapy. They let people come when they are sick with the flu and have no regard for others getting sick. I raised a concern today about this girl having the flu so bad next to me she is taking medicine during class and has had to leave twice but the lady upfront told me that maybe it’s just allergies. They are so so rude.
