I have had a piston filling machine for three different sizes jars for almost 4 years now. It has saved so much time. Whenever I need to tweak something or have an issue with how I’m using it I just call chris (or David) and he always makes time to not only walk through it until it’s working perfectly again, but also will send me short helpful videos for future reference. I’m very happy with the product and even more impressed with the service I receive.
