DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD!!!! This is the same company Benfield Electric under the veil of PSP, but same company. I had service rendered to try and fix my home generator. I called on 9/24/2021 to tell Benfield Electric that my generator was not fixed by the service call that was made. I was told by the Benfield service manager Gwen Deller that in order for them to come out and fix my generator correctly I would have to pay the previous balance of $474.34.
