PSPHOMECARE is a bad place to get a repair for your PWC. First off Terry Moffit if you see him in person he is not a Manager or what ever he call him self, he can even dress and have cookie crum on his shirt.plus he also missing his upper teeth. Also Leonora Dominguez Director of Operation in Rancho office also missing the whole front teeth if you look at her you would thought she was homeless. I used to work for this place, it a bad place to work. They lie to the customers about repair. They call the customer and convinced them their Power Wheelchair need to be repair but it doesn't. The manager is horrible, he dress like a bum.They treated the customer poorly and the place is a fraud. I recommend do not work there are used them to do repair.

I have been trying to get a cane for my father from the Rancho Cucamonga facility since the last two months. I submitted them the prescription, progress notes from the doctor and everything and visited them atleast 10 times in the past 2 months as no one would pick your phone or even try to give you a status update.
