The receptionist was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. She greeted everyone with a smile, answered all my questions patiently, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Excellent customer service
I purchased a spa from a local supplier in the Ottawa–Gatineau area, and the cover was manufactured by PSP Fabricating. I emailed them to request replacement clamps that broke in less than one year. Their response was to ask me to visit their store in Barrie, which is over a five‑hour drive one way from my home.
