Called on Monday Dec 28 2020 spoke to Indian about a Concession Trailer told me it would be 4800 and 2 to 3 months. Came in on Wednesday December 30 they had one on the lot they didn’t expect it to come in. Price 5600 told them that wasn’t the price quoted just 2 days ago. I see they did the same thing to someone else when I look at the reviews. I don’t buy anything now until I see Reviews!!!

Dissatisfied with todays experience @ PSL. When trailer shopping on 6-3-19 we were quoted a certin price. Now on 6-13-19 we were quoted a new price. We were told its because its a newer trailer & the manufactures control the product cost. Attached is two photos can you tell the differance? This place is the worst. We got there keep in mind we drove from DE. We had the wrong hitch for the trailer it was Saturday so no hitch places were open nor did the have a recommendation. So we drove an hr. Back to DE. To get a hitch we told them we would be back. We asked them to pull the trailer out because it was buried. Well that didn't happen. Went looking for PSL to price match a competitors price on an enclosed trailer as they said they would. I brought the newspaper ad with the price clearly advertised and the business name as well. After they huddled in the back office for about 30 minutes talking they said they couldn’t confirm the price and therefore couldn’t match it. All in all happy that they didn’t because my experience with the other company was perfect and exactly as promised!
