The woman, I believe her name is also Christina, is so rude to so many customers. I have witnessed her be rude on a phone call while I was getting my nails done by Dan, and watched her turned ppl away bc of her nasty attitude. She charged me $25 for being less than 10 mins late and I was forced to pay over $230 for mine and my daughter’s nails due to this “late fee”plus additional fees she charged for putting our own stickers on my daughter’s nails which WE BROUGHT IN. Was my first time there, and I had an overall good experience. Was met by the gentleman who was quite professional and a good job on my chubby fingers. I paid more than I'm used to but it was not unreasonable.
