I guess I shouldn’t be surprised to see the 1 star reviews here about the arrogance, rudeness and unprofessional vibe here. I had a horrible experience here on my birthday APPOINTMENT and left crying with my nails thin burning and not done. They insisted I remove and do Gel X (came for a quick refill) so they removed me from my seat to put someone else, left me soaking for ages. Charge someone who HAD appointment to sit in a chair to soak nails off while you service someone else! Unprofessional

Double booking is normal, but when a customer gives you a specific time they need to be gone due to a meeting that needs to be prioritized and not just blown off.Then you still charge them when you didn’t stick to the appointment time and they did not get the full service, they booked due to negligence on the nail tax part. Not OK.. Licensed cosmetologist here who also does nails. I would never step foot into this place for that specific reason. Customers are your bread and butter not just cash cows
