Just visited after moving back from Atlanta. I came for a wig but was confused to see that ALL of their wigs are all the way to the top of shelves and completely out of sight range for a consumer. Horrible visual merchandising!!! I quickly got dizzy from looking up and just gave up! If I can't see the product, I can't buy it.
I purchased what I thought was 24in hair which was the same inches as the one I purchased online but ran out. This hair was half the size, no where close what it states on the package. I called 7 times with no response. I had to connect two strands to make the 24in. The quality is nice and didn't tangle while braiding. Nice in-store customer service.
