Awful service. They started sending messages to me and a group of people (like a chat group) supposedly a system error and when I try to talk to someone they hang on the phone on me.

I had just recently moved here and was looking for a new therapist. The first visit was set up very quickly (should have been a red flag, most good therapists in my experience are booked out) and I spent an hour getting aquatinted with my therapist. I called yesterday to get some information, the young lady who took the call never gave her name took my insurance information and NEVER called back. Before calling I looked up some reviews which in one stated lack of communication and I can honestly agree! I am dissatisfied and would love for them to discard of my information.
