Scam and fraud. I placed an offer for a 2007 GMC on eBay. It was promptly declined and followed up with a phone call from Yameen Joe Jehanzeb. Joe indicated that the car was sold (which it wasn't) and then directed me to a 2004 Suburban Z71 that they had in stock. He did not want to do the transaction through eBay/Paypal so they could save commission expenses. This is the modus operandi, the scam.
