Convenient barber shop located in the mall, and nice people working there too! At the time of this review Ms. Jane cut my hair, she is very friendly
Guy didn't speak English and I didn't find out till the end. So I wonder why he was saying ok to what I wanted when he clearly didn't know what I was saying. Ended up getting exactly what I didn't want.
Got my entire hair messed up. Wanted my bangs length to be down to my eyebrows and it’s easily above them by an inch. They’re also uneven. Keep in mind I clearly stated that I wanted the front to be ON my eyebrows and yet, like I said they’re an inch above my eyebrows. The fade that I asked for is also not faded properly either. I had confronted the guy who cut my hair about the length issue and his only excuse was, “oh your hair is curly”. My hair is not curly. My hair is barely wavy, type 2a. We went to JDL for our sons first haircut he had just turned one and we were so nervous on how our experience would be. Joseph was beyond amazing at making our son comfortable with the process. As Waylon would grab his combs Joseph would kindly let him play with the comb and grab another one to continue. This was repeated over and over and over lol.
