First time patient here, i personally loved Dr. Martinez she was very understanding and helpful!
All people have there own opinion. Staff and Dr. Martinez, are very friendly, also concern of your health. There not rude, views I read. I have been with them 1 year. They understand what you are goin through. There to help with ur situation and health. They answer your questions. I feel there like family to us.
Dr.Martinez is an amazing doctor! I have been her patient since 2015 and she is the only doctor I can trust with my health issues. Dr.Martinez gave amazing health advice to educate her patients about how to prevent it and what the best treatment she can offer! After being diagnosed of my health issue and get my medication, I get better with in few days! I highly recommend my family and friends to see Dr.Martinez. Absolutely disgusting. The receptionist was rude and the waiting room is full of creatures blasting TikTok’s, speaking loudly on the phone, and coughing everywhere without covering their mouth. It feels like a drunk tank in there. If you value your health, go anywhere else. Pathetic excuse of a medical facility.
This was a great place until u settle in the office staff is rude and will give u the run around ON PRE AUTHORIZATIONS I was discharged because I went in to ask about my referral to another doctor....lotta chime in this office I REPEAT DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.. THIS OFFICE IS JUST OUT FOR MONEY....
