My mother went here to have her tooth removed. Hearing about their experience led me to write this review. They stated that when they walked in, it felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. Dr. Pusimos told my step dad “he didn’t care” if my mom was in pain and needed more then one day off work to recover. He didn’t offer more than one day nor had any compassion, very cold and condescending. She has been having headaches and pain and it’s been over 48 hours and the time off given was for only 24 hours. dr Psimos and staff did their job but I totally felt like one more patient, one more number, and rushed. They worked on my teeth, did what they were supposed to do, but don’t expect to be treated as a valued customer - one girl helping there was actually rude in her demeanor
Painless wisdom teeth removal. Excellent recovery, clear instructions, and even called the next day to check in. Highly recommends
Do you guys take UCare health/dental insurance ? The first time I came and got my wisdom taken out I just used cash but now I need the other 3 removed.
Dr Psimos is the real deal. I am deathly afraid of needles in my mouth etc. I never felt anything with him at the helm. He's all business not much for bedside BS but who cares he is outstanding at his craft. He removed 13 of my teeth with zero pain or after pain my hat is off to he and his staff.
