The nurses are super and the x ray tech was really sweet, however the doctor could care less, instead of looking at my ankle he pats it🙄(I sprained my ankle January 3 so I was in a lot of pain plus the fact We think I blacked out and I told them that) It was like he could of care less and then listens to my chest and gives me pain medicine and tells me to see a physical therapist 😶🙄 I'm pretty sure I tore a tendon or ligament, because it feels like my wrist did when I tore tendons and ligaments.

RecommendedER staff did an amazing job caring for my 6 year old daughter. Nurses were kind and courteous, and the doctor was quick, thorough and made my daughter feel comfortable. As someone who worked in medical field (ER spcifically) for years, I highly recommend their professionalism and skills to anyone needing medical attention.
Took to long for express care like it post to be; nurses nice, doctor a little abrupt and gruffly and looked foreign! Nurses gave little to no care even after reminding them what the doctor told me, they still had to go out and confer with him. Tetanus shot they gave in my arm (main nurse) still hurts and still has a scab trying to heal from where she put the needle in! Didn’t or couldn’t even wrap the wound right, bandage fell off as soon as I got in my car to leave! They also could have lanced the puncture wound to get the... read more

Brought my 87!year old Mother to the emergency room with excruciating pain and chest discomfort. Got here at 5:20 pm, still waiting in ER waiting room at 8:42. Insanity. No help, no one should have to wait this many hours in an emergency room. Never ever return here
