I purchased two tires two months ago. I explained to Bo my hectic work schedule handling to jobs and being up 18 hrs a day. He opened the shop 30 minutes early and was still back on schedule with a 5 star experience. Update: had a flat this morning and showed up 15 minutes before opening @ 0730. I ordered the other two tires and got a flat fixed. No said no charge because you buy your tires from Us. I bought 4 tires about 8 months ago. Before my purchase, I called all the local tire shops. PSI was not the cheapest, but very competitively priced. And, most importantly, they were able to get the tires the next day. Then, this morning, I walked out to go to work and found a flat. Luckily, my son was available to help with changing it.
