**Stay away!!!** Sent a Circuit board in for repair, received the board back after a few weeks and paid over 500.00 dollars in "repairs" and had the same issue. After sending an email to PSI letting them know it wasnt fixed and contacting the original manufacturer of the circuit board and having it repaired for 275 more and back to me in two weeks..working. I contacted PSI and explained that it wasn't fixed per the manufacturer and asked if I could receive a partial refund or at least what it cost me to have it fixed. I was ... read more
Terrible experience. Company states they specialize in ballscrews and nut repairs so I decided to send mine in. Getting a response from them is a nightmare! After a month of waiting for Mike Torres to "evaluate" them, I threw in the towel and requested them to return them. They gave zero updates on the arrival of the items, they gave no update of the evaluation process, they gave zero results, they gave absolutely nothing. Now I am praying I will receive my items back in the condition I sent them in order to get them truly p... read more
