Given lots of updated information from the workers at this location. The new paper receipt ID’s given out by the dmv are most likely not allowed for your TN exam to check in with so make sure to register your exam after you have your hard copy so you don’t have any check in issues. Workers were nice and the testing room has a lot of security measures you have to do before you may enter. New info for PSI
I had a wonderful experience at this location, Nashville, Tn. The people who worked there were awesome, and I didn't have any issues with the computers.
Paid for cosmetology online exam and the day of test, I could not access site. Contacted support and they gave me a ticket number to do some investigating they said. Was told I could pay again the next day while I was waiting for the investigation. Paid again but decided this time to do the in person training. Drove over an hour away to be told they didn’t have my name for the list of tests that day.
