I was on probation there for a year. I live in Greenville so the drive up there was really the only thing that was bad about it. They're very professional and they are not out to violate you and stick you back in jail like other places. They are there to work with you and help you not hurt you. That's my experience with the probation office in Sevierville. It's not like it used to be. You know, don't be scared. Give them a chance. I love the staff here. I definitely learned my lesson.But I also got the opportunity to meet a great woman Tammy Loveday.She was truly a blessing to me.May she continue to be a blessing to others. Thank you for helping me.God bless you.

Can’t speak for all of the probation officers but Mrs Tammy was definitely a great lady never made me feel scared or uncomfortable she always wanted what was best for me!

Hey so if been on county probation more times than I can count and I always failed bc I didn't even try.Well this time is different I have the best and most caring PO Tammy Loveday she has been a huge part of saving my life and I just wanted to thank her from the bottom of my heart thank you Mrs Tammy Tyler Morgan

While I understand this office has a difficult job, the front desk should at least answer the phone and be polite to callers. This woman was the most rude and condescending person I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. I see that is a common complaint.
