Extremely unprofessional, and unorganized. Absolutely no care or compassion for people who work, unwilling to reschedule appointments, which causes clients to miss work, or potentially be fired. My appointment was at 10:30, the girl who's appointment was at 10 is still sitting next to me at 10:35. So not only am I late to work, but they aren't even on time for the appt. either. I was doing Intensive outpatient classes, theft classes ,22 days of litter pick up, and A and D assessment and wasn't able to work til I got most of them completed. I done them as quickly as they would allow ,and when I came in for my 3rd visit they violated my probation for not paying on my court cost. How do they expect us to not fail, when they set us 3fpr failure from the start. Not to mention its a cach 22 when the judges ,Stokes and Raider own the jail and the county probation. Well, so far so good! Every probation officer has been very nice . Also, very knowledgeable about everything concerning my case. All the officers answer, any questions that I may have. They are very patient and they don't treat you like you're a bad person or whatever. Very good. I would also like to give a Big SHOUT OUT to "IDA, and TRAVIS" for doing such a great job!

Tammy Loveday is one of the best and MOST professional probation officers around. She cares about her clients, cares about their family and home life and WANTS you to succeed! I feel like some peoples reflection on this place is at best coming from a place of anger. Let me be perfectly clear as a expert Google reviewest, this place CARES about people and what they are going through! If you got into a bit of trouble and are ready to reform into society, these people are some of the best around. Thank you guys!

I went there and had to go to the bathroom and they wouldn't let me!!! They said the bathroom was only for drug testing. So I left and went to pilot gas station to go to the bathroom. This is a business and by law there required to have a public bathroom felicity to use. The female supervisor was a total rude person. I was unhappy with there attitude and treated like I was subpar as a person.
