I was on probation there for a year. I live in Greenville so the drive up there was really the only thing that was bad about it. They're very professional and they are not out to violate you and stick you back in jail like other places. They are there to work with you and help you not hurt you. That's my experience with the probation office in Sevierville. It's not like it used to be. You know, don't be scared. Give them a chance. Hey so if been on county probation more times than I can count and I always failed bc I didn't even try.Well this time is different I have the best and most caring PO Tammy Loveday she has been a huge part of saving my life and I just wanted to thank her from the bottom of my heart thank you Mrs Tammy Tyler Morgan
While I understand this office has a difficult job, the front desk should at least answer the phone and be polite to callers. This woman was the most rude and condescending person I have ever had the displeasure to speak to. I see that is a common complaint.
Extremely unprofessional, and unorganized. Absolutely no care or compassion for people who work, unwilling to reschedule appointments, which causes clients to miss work, or potentially be fired. My appointment was at 10:30, the girl who's appointment was at 10 is still sitting next to me at 10:35. So not only am I late to work, but they aren't even on time for the appt. either. They have no restroom for their clients to use while being forced to stay here for their late appointment, but if the client is to leave to use the r... read more
Well, so far so good! Every probation officer has been very nice . Also, very knowledgeable about everything concerning my case. All the officers answer, any questions that I may have. They are very patient and they don't treat you like you're a bad person or whatever. Very good. I would also like to give a Big SHOUT OUT to "IDA, and TRAVIS" for doing such a great job!
