Started renting here a few months ago. Every interaction with lady answering was awful. She answers the phone as if she were home. the message and the way she answers is for another completely different business. When I was inquiring she was short, rude and came off annoyed. She never has a kind or welcoming attitude. I happen to have forgotten my payment and requested a mutual agreement where in lieu of the late fee I would pay advance for the next month as i forgot in my b-day celebration. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a place. Paid for the unit a few days go by, then Sun comes have my movers with a loaded up ready to drop of my things. My code doesnt work tried it 10 times it failed every time. Called the number on the sign that says if your code doesnt work call this number. It says in the recording to press a # to speak to a live person. YOU NEVER GET A LIVE PERSON EVER!!! Apparently this number went to the owner who was out of town and they had no backup to cover the calls. Not sure how y... read more
