1 star is too many… Donita and Shanette are great.. the office staff is horrible! You would think this is for mental health and the way they speak to you is horrible. I was accused to knowing they were not getting paid for the last 3 visits and yet I’m the one who called them when I received an invoice! The said I purposely knew they were not getting paid! I gave my information to the Indian lady and how is it my fault she didn’t do what she needed to do. Bcbs even called them to ask them who are you billing and they treated... read more

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Their therapist Fred McClendon is very rude an unprofessional. After I called and txt to notify I was not able to make my second appointment in time. He calls back very rudely and requested me to pay a fee any continue to tell me how horrible I was for not managing my time properly. After this I already had an appointment scheduled with their psychiatrist they call me a week early tell me the had an opening if I wanted to take it , I say yes but I’m under the assumption it at the sam... read more
