These people are really nice and completely professional!
I was trying to make an appointment to help me with my crippling anxiety and was having a hard time and crying a little bit and they hung up on me. Then when I called back the next person was incredibly rude to me for no reason. This is obviously a terrible place that does not care at all about their patients.
1 star is too many… 2 of the providers are great.. the office staff is horrible! I could write a book on them but I’ll leave it right here.
I have had 3 separate appts for my teen where we show up and office is closed or telehealth and No one calls and no one called to reschedule appt at all and now this last Monday they tried to over bill me , I called them and they said they would check with billing and call me back and never did and cancelled my daughter telehealth appt per owner even thought I got reminders day of appt.
