Poor craftsmanship for a fence replacement. They cut corners to make their installation as easy as possible. I would not hire them. I sent the owner posts online that old fence posts should be removed during fence replacement and he ignored it. 1) they exposed wires from underground after digging and left them there 2) instead of properly removing old posts, they dug new holes for new posts and left the jagged old broken posts in place.
