I was very impressed with the testimonials in their website. Called them up for service and was happy to see they were reasonable. The lady there was nice courteous and stated they did not charge a trip fee. Called them the next day to check in on the scheduled time and she changed her mind told me that my trip was too long and that the call would be much more if the plumber had to go out there. Honest, reliable and allows you the homeowner to help! If you have something you bought somewhere and can't figure out how to install it, Pat will help you! They just reduced their labor rates too! They were trying to help us with this economy! I am so impressed with them, and while they are small, they are honest! Can't beat that!
