We have been without electricity for over 40 hours. We have tried to contact the company but have been unable to. The entire community of John St in Roselle, NJ is without service. Between 3rd and 4th Avenues, there is currently a fallen tree on 4th Avenue, which is the cause of the problem.
Cant wait to move out of NJ. My bill is $1500. New York would never. Do not sign up for the equal payment plan or whatever they call it. Absolutely ridiculous !!!!
These people are useless, and lazy , they’re putting anyone behind a desk now
