My bill has doubled since they supposedly did all this new work, but that is a lie, because it just seems like my bill is climbing higher and higher every month. They force you to give them some type of positive rating, which is wrong because it only works in their favor like they are doing right by their customers. Below Zero Rating!
Fast and easy to pay….
Terrible service from the white man working in customer service. An old man who throws documents at people. I find it quite disrespectful. A person who can't understand that there are different languages in this country, and when he gets frustrated, he does that.
