I was trying to figure out where the roof leak in the sunroom was coming from. I got several opinions based on where it may have been coming from. There was a wide range of proposed repairs and prices. Todd cared enough to actually do the water hose test and find the leak. It turned out there was a corner of the siding that needed some extra flashing. I really appreciate his honesty and work ethic. Thank you Todd.

Todd came out and found a few problem areas that were leaking on my roof. Todd explained everything throughly and answered all my questions. His crew was out within a few days and fixed all my issues.They were prompt, friendly and did a great job. If you need a new roof or repairs I’d highly recommend Todd Spicer with PSB Roofing.

Todd is an exception to most businesses. He followed up for 2 years after he performed an inspection. Inspected the roof several times in between the first contact and roof replacement to ensure I was still in good shape. Never pressured me into a decision. We lost a few shingles in a wind storm. Todd came out again and inspected and assured me there was no major damage and I would be fine until I made a decision to repair or replace. I decided to foot the bill myself and replace it.
