We could not be more pleased with our experience with Todd and his crew at PSB Roofing. Their ability to find tricky leaks is nothing short of amazing. Such a relief to know our leak has been found and fixed and no more water inside. It is reassuring to work with someone with the integrity and professionalism Todd and his crew have demonstrated in our dealings with them. We highly recommend Todd and PSB Roofing.
Todd is an exception to most businesses. He followed up for 2 years after he performed an inspection. Inspected the roof several times in between the first contact and roof replacement to ensure I was still in good shape. Never pressured me into a decision. We lost a few shingles in a wind storm. Todd came out again and inspected and assured me there was no major damage and I would be fine until I made a decision to repair or replace. I decided to foot the bill myself and replace it. We had lightening hit our roof and even with a full schedule, they made it over to tarp our roof before the thunderstorms came that night! The roof inspection and repairs went seamlessly!
