I beg of you, whoever you are.... Please stay away from them. I had a horrible experience, they NEVER pick up their phone once you lease from them. And they reap you off of $250 from your direct deposit at the end of your lease. Do yourself a favor, do some research and find something better. Because these people man... God will take care of them, that's all I'm gonna say.
I have bren trying to reach them for over 2 weeks now regarding another home. I decided not to accept a lease for a dangerous property in Covington and since then my emails and calls haven't been answered. I was trying to rent a much better and expensive location in the same area and they just keep ignoring me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
So difficult to get in touch with anyone to even schedule a tour. Ive tried emailing, texting, and calling. Its unfortunate because they have alot of intetesting properties. But that doesnt do no good when you can NEVER get in touch ive been trying for 3 months now. I give up!
