I was harassed and treated disrespectful by the scheduler who has the task of interviewing and hiring nurses without any credentials herself. She has also lied and misrepresented to her supervisor why I was seeking to speak with her supervisor about her conduct. Her supervisor sadly puts more stock in believing her scheduler than to consider that a parent may be right and is telling the truth.
The company stopped trying to find nursing care on behalf of my two children. They have refused to grab their stuff they left behind as well. Completely unprofessional and neglectful of their clients.

Service is OK thus far, but they are too intrusive. They will report parents of children they care for, for minor issues such as non-vaccination or other things which parents have the right to decide for their children. "No US federal laws mandate vaccination, but all 50 states require certain vaccinations for children entering public schools." They should not be concerning themselves with issues relating to non-mandatory services.
