If I could leave 5 stars just for Anna I would! I used to love coming here to get my nails done by her, she’s so talented snd very sweet. But unfortunately due to the management I don’t plan to return. I’ve now had two appointments in a row that I’ve shown up for only to find out that they overbooked, or Anna wasn’t actually working that day. This is a beyond overdue review! Vivian is an absolute gem and I have even going to her for years now! I’ve since moved from Back Bay and will still make the trip to see her. She somehow makes my gel manicures last for up to 3 weeks, and always is looking to support my nail growth. She is meticulous — she spent an immense amount of detail on my friend’s wedding nails! Above all, she is so incredibly kind. I could not recommend Vivian and the PS Nails team enough!
I’ve been looking for a place in boston that can actually do detailed nail art and Anna and Kiwii did AMAZING. They went above and beyond expectations, Anna took me as a walk in and they were so so attentive to detail. Throughout the whole thing they were so nice and fun, and not to mention the place is clean and the atmosphere was really kind and welcoming. The pictures speak for themselves guys!! 10/10 I will definitely be coming backk!!
I used to love this place but this time I got my dip removed and my nails are now completely ruined. They’re thin and are breaking off. This has never happened to me after a dip removal. I think the nail tech used a different tool to remove the dip than the usual one they use. It’s painful to touch :(
