I did therapy with Payal Sud in Joliet a few years ago (under a different name) and would not recommend her. Payal struggled to validate, lovingly challenge my thoughts to foster growth, or offer insights. The relationship did not feel deeply safe or deeply attuned or caring. Was going here for a little while and I really liked it but the person I was working with just stopped seeing me at first she was trying to figure out her schedule to see what’s good days and times to come in then she just stopped emailing back with no reason why all I asked is if she let me know if our sessions will continue but never heard anything back it’s been months now I stressed the fact that I didn’t want to have to start over with some one new do to the fact it’s already hard enough for me to talk about my feelings... read more
