I waited close to 9 years to write this review. I had two warehouses and both of them were located a 2698 Junipero which is managed by these guys. I had Suite 108 & 111. I'm going to name names so forgive the harshness. When dealing with PS B Parks you'll deal with Shelly Luce who comes across very sweet and will promise you the world. Once you sign, everything promised, magically disappears and she'll stop taking phone calls and responding to emails. (TIP: If you sign GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.)
