I tell Dr. Borek regularly that he is not only a brilliant doctor but he is also an incredible human being. He treats patients like they have a heart and a brain. He walks into the room, greets you, and then stays until all of your questions are answered. I think he should teach other doctors about how to communicate with their patients. Besides my personal like for Dr. Borek, he helped to save my life in February 2016 requiring him to remove pacemaker leads by laser.

Dr. Borek is the Electrophysiologist who performed my successful heart ablation and solved my atrial fibrillation after undergoing an unsuccessful heart ablation by a different physician. I was somewhat hesitant about a second ablation, but after thorough testing and examinations by Dr. Borek I was convinced that he could help me. That was more than 3 years ago and I have had nothing but normal EKGs since. Dr. Borek is good at listening AND explaining. He exudes confidence!
Dr. Borek worked patiently with me to come up with a solution for my Afib and low ejection fraction. We found a non-evasive solution through two effective drugs that returned my heart rhythm and helped increase my heart function. I am age 67 and have been in rhythm for over three years. I travel over 200 miles to see him because I have not found a doctor in my community as empathetic and wise as he. I highly recommend Dr. Peter Borek!
He is so kind and caring of my needs containing my dif/pacemaker Dr BORECK keeps me informed of everything step by step He keeps me feeling positive about my CHF also answers all my questions takes his time great manners I would not prefer any other Dr then him

Kind, thorough, thoughtful & confident approach to patient needs. Highly attentive to my concerns & questions, projected a genuine sincerity to not just talk about my issue but to explain & then confirm my understanding of the information discussed. Most impressed with his after procedure care when staff updated him after hours in spite of having a Dr on duty. Dr Borek requested the staff hand me the phone to speak to him directly to best understand my status. Highly creative & reassuring.
