Just hire him now. He’s the absolute best. I’m a person who notices details. Through all he’s done for us over 6 months’ time - interior and exterior painting throughout, install and staining of stair tread and risers, replace and paint trim on all floors and windows, drywall texture and paint, etc, he’s been meticulous through it all.
