Rob is so patient with his clients. He makes sure we know what he's doing or going to do step by step & he helps us relax if he knows we're nervous. Before we even get to that point he asks what we want and where we want it and he gives us his ideas which are usually things we wouldn't have even thought of. During the piercings Rob is so friendly and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone!!
