I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I drove the car to Prior's the morning of the day I was told to bring the car in. The parking lot was full and I parked in the lot and went in to ask where I should park the car. After all, they will come out to look for the car to take it in for inspection. There was a gentleman on a computer and a woman sitting in a chair behind the counter. I stood there for around a minute before he looked up and just stared at me. No hello, how can I help or anything. I said the parking was full and he said, "I can't make one magically appear and looked at another person there and laughed as if I was an idiot. He went back to looking at his computer. I stood there for a couple more minutes and no one said anything so I walked out. I was hoping he could tell me to park on the street, or around the corner or something so they would know where to find the car when they got it to pull it in the garage for inspection. Really strange and poor service. Not going back...

all of my cars over 25+ years, and counting have been inspected by scott or dave, great guys, friendly and professional! and on some days you can meet raccoons, opossums, stray kitty's, and the occasional deer, as daves wife marsha is a wildlife rehabber, and all around animal lover. all in all a great family shop...dont miss it!
