I experienced the best massage of my life! I'm training for a half marathon so my legs were quite tight. I started in the infrared sauna (bliss) and then Kally worked her magic. She was firm but didn't hurt me and I completely trusted her, so relaxed (not easy for a control freak) For an hour afterwards I was floating. I can't wait to book and go again - they have a Feb. offer and I will be sending friends too.
