Although the staff and surgeons are great, Ive had my second failed procedure. First procedure was cool sculpting of my inner thighs...zero results. Second procedure was lipo of the abdomen. I didnt have a fat roll under my boob until my compression garment was placed incorrectly after my procedure. I went back for my follow up and was told I wouldnt be charged a surgeon's fee but had to pay for anesthesia and the room. Understood. I USED TO LOVE GOING HERE TO PRYOR HEALTH FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS, HAD EVERYTHING DONE FROM FACIAL PROCEDURES TO WEIGHT LOSS. NOW THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A RETURN CALL BUT THEY NEVER CALL BACK. FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE MORE THAN 1 PERSON TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I AM SO ANNOYED BY THIS AND FEEL LIKE I NEED TO LOOK ELSE WHERE. I DON'T NEED TO WAIT DAYS AND DAYS FOR A RETURN CALL WHEN I WANT TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
Carol did a wonderful job on my hair extensions. She cares so much about helping everyone feel confident in themselves. Carol goes beyond expectations in order to help her customers feel better than when they came to her. She really her heart wrapped into her career. I highly recommend her to others. I appreciate all that she does for ALL of her clients.
I had appointment with Dr Pryor - had family emergency but at same time I want best outcome for eyelid surgery so holding off to see if I can meet with surgeon I researched and thought I would get best outcome
