I can't leave a 1 star cause I haven't used them for appraisal services but I was walking my dog and using his grass for my dog and he went outta his way to let me know it's private property....he's my neighbor and I get u don't want dogs on your property but it wouldn't have cost you more time to introduce yourself and approach me like a neighbor. He wasn't necessarily rude but he wasn't kind either.
Tom is a great guy and easy to work with. Our family has known and worked with him for decades.
Top appraisal company in the city. They always provide thorough, accurate appraisals even for complicated projects. I would highly recommend.
My property was at least $100,000 undervalued. The person who wanted to buy it was present. Needless to say - no sale. I have tried to call him for an explanation of why the comps he used were not as valuable and yet he discounted my house and not those. I finally reached him, and of course, he said he did a good job.
