Putney ignores calls and texts. He won't service what he installed. Comfortmaker Sytems are not good that he uses. Sent him many text and over a 3 month time frame still won't answer me. Clears me to VM. BUYERS BEWARE OF PUTNEY...

Just called and spoke to a lady named Jersey. Excellent customer service. Haven’t had my service done yet but I can already tell that this company is going to be good just by the customer service! I will update this when service is done! Either way Jersey did an excellent job very impressed!

While walking home crossing on a walk sign I almost got hit crossing at route 6 and boyrum in iowa city. He did not even slow down. Bad and will never suggest.
