Absolutely shocking service. Don’t return calls, don’t finish jobs, communication no good
There is no consulting on when the product is installed, if you have time in your day to be present on installation or multiple days because of faulty products then this won't affect you but if you are a single household and work or both partners work, you will need to be flexible in regard to when the screens are installed. I'm sure the ladies in the office are just doing their job but I had to remind them I was the customer and they needed to work with me to have the screen installed on a day I'm not working and not dictat... read more
Great product and service
Joshua Dib, I agree. I went there and saw Lachlan Neumann. He helped the whole deal through. It was great service and he made my trip worthwhile
PRW measured onsite and gave me a written quote for installing a number of window fly screens and a security door. The quote was quite reasonable and I gave them the go ahead and paid 25% deposit. They made screens and the door and installed them onsite. Their work was professional and all their staff were friendly and courteous. Everything went well.
