Did not have a good experience, I went in for a balayage with Isabel and came out with red-black hair because she couldn’t get my hair to what I asked for. I was stuck with orange roots - black band hair & was pressured to either keep it that way (which absolutely not) or dye it back to black. My hair was damaged & scalp was chemical burned in the process. I was still charged $400 for something I did not ask for. I asked for a refund or partial refund & was told “no refunds” AFTER the fact.

This place is ok didn’t feel welcoming at all the owner nice overall felt like the service was not so great I don’t understand cutting the hair b4 adding bleach had me confused 🤔 felt like she slapped bleached & threw in a color on my hair & called it a day I was left looking like puddle her & her assistant didn’t take the time give me a full blow out to my hair it was ridiculous the amount money paid. Choose your hairstylist wisely .

I went to Isabel and she did exactly what I didn’t ask for. I said I wanted chunky streaks and she made my hair more blended then when I came in. And also damaged my hair so much after she washed the bleach out when she combed my hair she was yanking so hard my head was jolting back I eventually asked if I could brush my own hair and she said no. Whatever u do do not go to her. Salon owner was very nice tho. Just be careful who you go to and how much experience they have. Definitely learned my lesson!

People don’t bother to go there stylist don’t know how to cut hair. They advertise their business as knowledge stylist. They scheduled me an appointment, I went there and the stylist told me she couldn’t do the hair cut. What a joke and a waste of my time.
