they gave honest answers at every stage. they told us what the permit stage would really look like, didn't sugarcoat the schedule, and explained up front what could move the price. the sunroom is up and we sit in it every day. they kept the site tidy and that mattered because we were living here the entire time. nobody ever had to be chased.

Sunroom off the back. Start to finish about as painless as any build gets. Easy people to have around. Straight answers on the timeline. No surprises on the paperwork side either. Same faces on site every day. Clean work throughout, start to end. A room we use more than any other in the place. Warm in there in November, too. Next project theirs as well. Nothing I would change

Our kitchen and living space had always felt cramped, and every winter the back of the house was basically dead space because it got so cold nobody wanted to sit there. Took us about a month of getting quotes before settling on Prusak for our sunroom addition. They were patient through all my back and forth on the design, sent revised drawings without making me feel like a pain about it. Once we signed, the build itself moved at a steady pace and the site stayed organized the whole time. Out of the companies we looked at around Evanston, they were the ones who actually listened to what we wanted instead of pushing a template.

Had Prusak build us a sunroom off the back of the house and the finished space looks like it was always part of the original build. The framing matched up with the existing roofline really well, which was something I was worried about going in. Pricing was reasonable for the size of the project and they kept us in the loop when materials were taking longer than planned. We use the room every morning now for coffee.
