Took us about a month of getting quotes before settling on Prusak for our sunroom addition. They were patient through all my back and forth on the design, sent revised drawings without making me feel like a pain about it. Once we signed, the build itself moved at a steady pace and the site stayed organized the whole time. Out of the companies we looked at around Evanston, they were the ones who actually listened to what we wanted instead of pushing a template.

Had Prusak build us a sunroom off the back of the house and the finished space looks like it was always part of the original build. The framing matched up with the existing roofline really well, which was something I was worried about going in. Pricing was reasonable for the size of the project and they kept us in the loop when materials were taking longer than planned. We use the room every morning now for coffee.

PRUSAK made the whole addition process straightforward. Responded quickly, gave us a clear timeline, and stuck to it. The finished room fits right in with the rest of the house. Really solid experience

we had this tiny back porch that was basically unusable from october to april. screened in but not insulated, no heat, just dead space for half the year. we wanted to convert it into an actual sunroom that could work year round and PRUSAK came out with a plan that kept the footprint but completely rebuilt the structure. new insulated walls, double pane windows on three sides, added a mini split for heating and cooling. the framing took a bit longer than expected because they ran into some weirdness with the old foundation bu... read more
