Horrible! We depended on them for many years and we were always so happy, they were very dependable, no worries...something changed in 2015...horrible job, even more horrible service...we had pre-paid for mowing, they didn't show for 5 weeks, finally after many messages and many phone calls someone answered and he had many excuses. I asked for a refund and he assured me that I would receive a check in the mail...never did. Joe, you have done a great disservice to the Prunty Lawn Care PLC name. Not cool.
This company was excellent for 5 years but in 2015 the service was horrible forcing me to change mowers. After requesting mowng in April, got them to mow the lawn once in 5 weeks! When they did mow the lawn they mowed down a new bush I had planted that was 3 feet tall and could not be missed if the mower was paying attention. Numerous phone calls went unanswered and my grass went to seed twice when it was supposed to be cut once a week. Dealing with this company now is a nightmare. Beware!
